Our Resolution Process

  1. Submission: Provide your details and the nature of your concern via the form below.

  2. Acknowledgement: We will confirm receipt of your feedback within 2 working days.

  3. Review: We will conduct a thorough review of the session logs, coaching agreements, or project scopes relevant to your concern.

  4. Resolution: You will receive a formal response or a proposed resolution within 7 working days.
