  • Professionals seeking greater career fulfilment.

  • You may be frustrated at the lack of advancement in your career, feel unfulfilled, overwhelmed and facing burnout, or simply have the feeling that something is missing but you don’t know what.  These are all signs that you may no longer be in the right career.  You may not know what you really want to do and where to find it.

  • The Intuitive Career Transition Plan guides and supports you to understand yourself better, who you are and what’s important to you, identify where you want to get to in your career, your ambitions and goals, and make a plan for getting there.  We partner with you in a thought-provoking and creative process to help you find the career path that ignites your passions and your purpose so that you can achieve your potential and live the life you want.

  • Individual coaching sessions of 1 - 1.5 hours duration.  The default frequency is fortnightly intervals to allow you to process and implement your insights from each session without losing momentum. 

  • Coaching brings you sharper clarity about what is important to you and a new sense of direction.  You will have a greater awareness of your strengths and purpose and feel better equipped to cope with the transition to a new and more fulfilling career.


Life Coaching

Feeling stuck in a rut, overwhelmed by challenges, or sensing that something is missing can keep you from living life to the fullest. We partner with you to uncover the root causes of what is holding you back, co-creating a personal wellbeing plan that helps you move from simply surviving to truly thriving.

  • People who want more out of life.

  • You may feel stuck in a rut, living under a shadow, experiencing burnout, or you may be overwhelmed by life’s challenges and changes but don’t know where to find the right support.  You may have a sense that something is missing, but you don’t know what.  You want to improve your wellbeing and maybe your health as well or simply want more joy in your life. 

  • We partner with you in a thought provoking and creative process to help you discover what is holding you back from living life to the full and work out how to overcome it in a way that is right for you.  We work alongside you to facilitate your journey towards your goals, combining dimensions of wellbeing into a quality way of living.  We collaborate with you to co-create and implement your personal life and wellbeing plan.

  • Individual coaching sessions of 1 – 1.5 hours duration.  The default frequency is fortnightly intervals to allow you to process and implement your insights from each session without losing momentum.  This can develop into a long-term relationship with quarterly or half yearly sessions to help you maintain focus on your wellbeing.  

  • Coaching helps you to move from surviving to thriving: we help you to uncover the root cause of whatever is holding you back so you can achieve your goals and lead a flourishing life.


Cancer Coaching

A cancer diagnosis changes everything, and while most support focuses heavily on the treatment phase, navigating life afterwards can feel isolating and overwhelming. We provide a safe, thought-provoking space to help you address the complex physical, emotional, and practical challenges of your journey, empowering you to come to terms with your experience and find a new way to live well.

  • People affected by cancer: patients/survivors, their loved ones, carers and clinicians

  • A diagnosis of cancer is such a shock that life after cancer is never the same.  Most of the services available (such as counselling) focus on the treatment phase of cancer, however the period after treatment is complete can also be a challenge, yet little support is available.  People can feel stuck and need help to come to terms with their situation post-treatment to find a way to live well.

  • We partner with you in a thought provoking and creative process to help you address the issues arising from your cancer journey and find a way forward.  These issues can be wide-ranging and include physical, emotional, practical and spiritual aspects of life and relationships. 

  • This is an individual coaching service, typically of 6 sessions each of 1 hours duration.  The default interval between sessions is 2 weeks, although this can be varied to suit the client’s needs.

  • Coaching can help with your attitude to your cancer, which is key to your wellbeing.  A positive mindset helps you to see that you have cancer; it does not have you.  Cancer is a wake-up call, not a death sentence: people with cancer can choose to re-prioritise their life and live more joyfully.  The paradox is that some people are happier with cancer than they were before they had cancer.

Ross is a co-founder and the leader (since 2019) of the Cancer Coaching Community, an online learning space dedicated to exploring how coaching can support patients/survivors, their loved ones, carers and clinicians. This deep involvement ensures our coaching is grounded in the latest shared insights and best practices in the field.

Published Thought Leadership

The Institute of Directors’ publishers approached me to contribute a chapter on Coaching and Mentoring for Business Growth to their annual publication, The Growing Business Handbook.  The following year, they asked me to write about whatever I wanted, so I decided to write about leadership, drawing on my own experience as a leader (and follower) in the British Army and my research into leadership and management in business.  This evolved into 2 chapters: one on Leadership for Performance, the other on Authentic Leadership for Growth.  I am pleased to share these 3 chapters as a useful resource for business owners, leaders, coaches and mentors.
