What Is Coaching?

During a coaching session yesterday, I was asked what I thought coaching was. The session was recorded (with mutual consent) and the client transcribed my answer and emailed it back to me later. I share it here as it feels appropriate.

Coaching With the Client's Shadow

I find myself drawn to my client’s shadow side. Group Coaching with Homestart (South Wilts)

I was delighted to be invited back to do more group coaching with Homestart South Wilts today. The focus was on 'Wellbeing' and there were some beautiful insights and awareness arising. Everyone mapped their individual wellbeing over time and we noticed that everyone's wellbeing goes up and down in response to a whole range of factors.
